Sometimes, all we have to do is forget our worries for a while and have some pure fun.

Do a little bit of jumping around while listening to a lively beat. 🙂

It could be a therapeutic remedy to remove tensions from our system.

  1. I agree but sometimes it is really hard to drag ourselves out of the depression but if we can force ourselves we most often are glad we did a little play time and it kind of perpetuates itself to become a self therapy habit.
