Pointless

Never content on hating each other, they have to sacrifice thousand others as victims of their personally-motivated death wishes.

How could extremists talk about peace? People who loves violence do not entertain ceasefires: they abhor the idea.

The majority on both sides of the conflict as well as people around the world, wishes for the immediate stop to the senseless killings. They have been appalled for so long that the continuation of the carnage is imprinting hatred on their minds.

If we, the people, trust our extremist leaders to think for our sake, then we might as well wait for the violence to come to our doorstep. They have already firmed their decisions to erase any vestiges of the supposed enemies, placing us all in the middle of misery, constant fear and oblivion. Most of them has back up plans for a safe flight while we on the other hand would be left out in the cold, suffering the consequences of their monstrous designs.

Why do we permit the few evil people to take power when we have the genuine power in our hands?

We should take the initiative now and do our share to promote peace, anywhere and everywhere.

I always have an open-minded view of the world. At most, I wish for a more positive way of life for all of us.

  2. Thank you, Belsbror! you have the answers…and please could you help me…”Why do we permit the few evil people to take power when we have the genuine power in our hands? We should take the initiative now and do our share to promote peace, anywhere and everywhere.” How could we make peace with the few evil people? they do not want peace…they want to take all you have…in their mind what you have is their. how we could promote peace in this case? it is better to give them all you have for peace? but their power will grow and never stop to hurts another people… i am in a kind of sit from yesterday..thank you!

    1. They will feel the pressure from all of us who want peace as a solution. If we choose our future leaders, we should not put people we know who advertise hatred and violence. They are the wrong leaders. They will continue what is going on now.
I will always believe that we, voters, could make the difference. We elect who we think serves our welfare and not those who will sacrifice our freedoms and safety. Remember, most of the evil leaders think only of themselves while pretending to protect the people. We should stop to be fooled all over again.

    1. Every time, we should reiterate our desire for peace. It’s a small way for one individually but imagine millions doing so in their own capacity. The multiplier effect could be very influential to the few who always think of war as a solution.

  3. The world needs peace. We need peace to concentrate on making the deserts into fertile places, eliminating hunger in Africa, making sure there is clean water available for people and finding a cure for all those diseases which are still a scourge for mankind. World peace gives us the opportunity to focus on our fellow man and learn to celebrate not fear the differences between us. To enjoy the different cultures and to say We Are One.

It’s always nice to know you’re not alone in thinking there must be a better way forward for the world. This piece by Belsbror echoes some of the thoughts I shout about time and again.
